By accessing or using Coda Live, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Coda Live provides tools to host gated live shopping events, feature products, admit viewers, record replays, and record orders. We may update or improve the service over time.
Hosts are responsible for the security of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by breaking the law, infringing the rights of others, uploading harmful content, attempting to bypass access controls, or disrupting the platform.
Hosts are responsible for the products they show, the claims they make, the guests they admit, and for fulfilling any orders that result from their events. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any connected commerce or payment provider you use.
Orders placed by viewers during an event are recorded through the connected commerce store. Coda Live records these orders but is not the seller of the products and is not responsible for fulfillment, returns, or customer service related to them.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis to the hosting organization. Charges are based on your plan, including the base fee and the number of host seats, plus any usage beyond what your plan includes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing area.
Coda Live and its underlying software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us the rights needed to host and deliver it as part of the service.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coda Live will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
