Account information for hosts, such as name, email, and organization details.
Event data you create, such as event titles, products, access codes, and broadcast recordings.
Viewer information needed to run an event, such as the access code used, a device identifier to prevent double counting, and the shipping details a viewer enters when placing an order.
Usage data such as log records and basic analytics that help us keep the service reliable.
To provide the service, including hosting events, admitting viewers, recording replays, and processing order records.
To bill hosting organizations for their subscriptions and to measure usage against their plan.
To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve how the product works.
We use service providers to deliver the product, including cloud hosting, live video, database and authentication, payment processing for host subscriptions, and the commerce store that records viewer orders. These providers process data on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, then retain and delete it in line with our legal and operational needs.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Hosts can access and update their account information from the dashboard. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
